Two hosts at the same level can have very different results on FONO. One reason is the Streamer Score, which the FONO Policy dated 08 December 2025 links to call flow and call rates. Here is what the policy says and what it means for you.
What the policy says
| Reference point | Policy |
|---|---|
| Average app Streamer Score | 70 |
| Top 50 hosts | Scores above 90 |
| What influences outcomes | Weekly earnings and performance influence call flow and call rates |
What the numbers mean
70 is the benchmark
A typical host on the app scores around 70. If your score is below that, you are performing below the average host; above it, you are ahead of the typical host.
90+ is the top tier
The top 50 hosts all score above 90. That gap between 70 and 90 shows how much performance varies across hosts.
Why your score matters
According to the policy, weekly earnings and performance influence call flow (how many calls reach you) and call rates. Because calls are paid per minute and rates are level-based (see FONO host earnings), better call flow and higher rates can make a large difference over a week.
Practical ways to stay above average
The policy does not publish the exact formula, so these are general good practices rather than guaranteed score boosters:
- Be consistent – regular online hours build steady weekly earnings.
- Be responsive – answering calls promptly makes the most of call flow.
- Be respectful and follow guidelines – rule violations put your account at risk.
- Review weekly – since performance is assessed over the week, look at your weekly totals, not single days.
The Streamer Score formula is set by the platform and can change. Scores and call rates are not guaranteed, and reaching the top 50 depends on many factors.
