How much can a FONO host earn? The honest answer is: it depends on your level, how many minutes of calls you take, the gifts you receive and your performance. What the FONO Policy dated 08 December 2025 does publish is the rate per minute at each level and the salary conversion. This article puts those numbers together.
Video call earnings by level
Video calls are the higher-paying call type. The rate rises by 100 Beans per minute at each level, from 100 at Level 1 to 600 at Level 6.

Eligibility
Only eligible earnings are credited and withdrawable, and correct PAN details are needed for withdrawals.
