Knowing when and how you can withdraw is just as important as knowing what you earn. Here is the FONO withdrawal policy for streamers and agencies, according to the FONO Policy dated 08 December 2025.

Self-withdrawal
FONO streamers request withdrawals themselves – you do not have to wait for an agent to do it for you. This gives you direct control over when you take money out, within the rules below.
First and subsequent withdrawals
The policy lists 5,000 Beans for your first withdrawal and 20,000 Beans for subsequent withdrawals. At the policy conversion of 1,000 Beans = ₹10, that is about ₹50 and ₹200 respectively. The lower first amount lets new hosts test the withdrawal process early.
Timing: 8 AM to 8 PM, every day
Withdrawals are available every day of the week between 8 AM and 8 PM. The policy does not specify a time zone, so follow the timing shown in the app.
PAN card and withdrawals
Every host must provide their personal PAN card number at registration, and the policy warns that incorrect PAN details may prevent future Bean withdrawals. If your withdrawal is stuck, checking your PAN details is a good first step.
Agency withdrawals
Agencies follow a separate rule: commission can be withdrawn once it reaches a minimum of 100,000 Beans. Penalties for rule violations can reduce the agency balance. See FONO agency commission explained.

- Your balance meets the threshold (5,000 Beans first time, 20,000 Beans afterwards).
- You are inside the 8 AM – 8 PM window.
- Your PAN details are correct and your own.
- Your account is in good standing under platform guidelines.
